This woman wanted to increase from her current small B to a full C or small D. Dr. Bucky felt that due to her young age and soft tissue, she was a candidate for a saline implant. Style 350cc saline breast implants were utilized in a submuscular position via transaxillary (underarm) endoscopic augmentation.
