Personalize your Breast Surgery
with 4D Imaging

The Practice of Louis P. Bucky introduces a breakthrough device to enhance the consultation process for breast surgery patients.

Precision Light is a cutting edge software system that simulates a visual and realistic result for breast surgery patients.  Precision Light boasts a revolutionary 4-D technology that produces a three dimensional image of the patient’s existing appearance plus an integral fourth dimension—the expected outcome.  With one of only four systems in the world, Dr. Bucky has made it possible for his patients to actually see, anticipate, and understand their projected breast implants and surgical results. Ideally suited for cosmetic breast augmentation patients, Precision Light is applicable to breast cancer reconstruction and revision patients as well.  Never before has the consultation process been made so easy and comforting.

Over the last two years, Dr. Bucky has worked with engineers and software experts in Silicon Valley, California in order to fill a communication gap between surgeon and patient during consultations.  A visual communication aid, Precision Light not only helps patients make informed decisions about their surgery, but also helps Dr. Bucky and physicians in the selection of the best implants for each patient. This system excels in that it is individualized—it takes into account each patient’s individual dimensions and brings to light any existing asymmetries on the body that may impact the result. Precision Light offers patients tangible faith in their decision, surgeon, and post-operative body.

Our goal is to help you understand your choices and what your final result will be. There are over 350 unique implants that are available but we will work together to show you the choices that best fit your anatomy. You will look at yourself from many angles that will allow you to see how you and others will view you after this surgery. In addition, we can compare two different size or style implants in images right next to each other.

In the process of capturing a 4-D image, we are also able to capture information on your existing measurements. This means that all of the dimensions that Dr. Bucky will require for your surgical planning are captured with a single click. We will review this information with you to assure that you are aware of existing asymmetries on your body. All of us are different in some way from the right side of our body to the left. Knowing this prior to surgery will allow us to determine any changes in the procedure but more importantly to communicate with you what you look like after the surgery.
