Valerie Daily, BSN, RN
Valerie has worked with our board-certified plastic surgeon as a registered nurse since 2006, and is the Director of Clinical Nursing as well as a highly skilled nurse injector. Valerie has worked side by side with Dr. Bucky in all aspects of the surgical practice. This has allowed to her have excellent knowledge of surgery as well as understand the natural aging changes of the face and body. Valerie is known for her calm nature as well as her gentle touch. “It’s important to me that when patients leave our office, their questions are answered.”
Valerie understands plastic surgery from the patient’s perspective which makes her a great advocate. She will meet with you at your consultation with Dr. Bucky, help you
to prepare for your surgery, and take very specialized care of you following surgery. She will be there for you through your whole process. She notes the enjoyment that she derives from seeing plastic surgery improve the patient’s appearance as well as their self-esteem.
Valerie joined the Dr. Bucky team in 2006 from the University of Pennsylvania Hospital where she specialized in cardiology. She graduated from Drexel School of Nursing in 1992 and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.
Valerie has a thorough understanding of facial aesthetics. She is considered a leader in aesthetic injections and was personally picked to be an ACE trainer for Allergan, Inc, the makers of BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM®, and LATISSE®. This entails training doctors and nurse injectors on how to improve their injection technique. Only those providers who have shown the highest level of expertise and have demonstrated a true understanding of facial anatomy and aging are able chosen for this program. She was also hand-picked to assist the world renowned Dr. Mauricio DiMaio for Allergan Master Course in Injectable Training. Valerie is known for her knowledge of facial aging and a natural result.

Kim Ragone, BSN, RN
Kim Ragone has worked with Dr. Bucky since 2000. Kimmi is the Director of Skin Care and Injectable Services, as well as being a clinical nurse. Her extensive plastic surgery experience provided her with the foundation to become a superb nurse and nurse injector. She led our OR team in caring for cosmetic and reconstructive patients during their surgical experience.
Kim transitioned from the operating room to the office setting and became a clinical aesthetician. She treated patients with a wide variety of techniques including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser resurfacing. Armed with expertise in he entire spectrum of plastic surgery, she became certified as a clinical nurse injector for BOTOX® Cosmetic and dermal fillers. Her plastic surgery
and skin care education—combined with her ‘aesthetic eye’ and her soft touch—have made her ideally suited to be an excellent injector. Kimmi has developed advanced techniques under the guidance of Dr. Bucky and other leaders in the field. Her background with both surgical and non-surgical procedures provides the basis for expert consultations.
Kimmi received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Thomas Jefferson University and sees patients at our city office. Over the last two years, Kim taught other nurses and physicians the art and science of clinical injection techniques. Kimmi has instructed the Penn Plastic Surgery residents on the art and science of fillers and Botox®. She has also been an invited lecturer for the Society of Plastic Surgical Skincare Specialists on Advanced Injection Techniques and the Pearls and Pitfalls of Injecting.

Kate Lynch, RN, CANS
Kate Lynch, RN earned her Associates of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy College and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University. Since 2009, Kate has worked in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, aesthetic skincare procedures and dermal fillers. In addition, she is a Bellafill® specialist, which is a revolutionary injectable treatment designed to minimize the appearance of acne scars and various other cosmetic facial concerns.
Aesthetic skincare and laser therapy treatments have become the perfect specialty for Kate, combining her appreciation of the fine arts and enthusiasm for science. She is extremely passionate about her work, and her commitment to providing the highest level of patient care is demonstrated not only through the strong relationships she has built with patients, but also in the quality of results she has helped them attain. “I love getting to know patients on a personal level,” she says.

Kate is an active member of the American Society of
Plastic Surgical Nurses, and she presented at the ASPSN
2014 National Meeting in Chicago. She maintains her certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialists (CANS)and was voted “Best of Bucks Nurse 2014” by The Intelligencer.

Luke Levin, BSN, RN
Luke is an experienced Nurse Injector, as well as the Certified CoolSculpting and MiraDry Coordinator at Bucky Plastic Surgery. Luke brings a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for aesthetic improvement to our practice. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelors of science degree in Health and Physical Activity and went on to earn his bachelors of nursing degree at Duquesne University and gain clinical experience at The University of Pennsylvania. He offers a range of injectable anti-aging treatments, including BOTOX, Jeuveau, and Dysport.
Luke enjoys developing a connection with his patients and he makes it a priority to ensure a positive experience for every patient. His outgoing personality helps him to put patients at ease and share his in-depth knowledge of aesthetic procedures. Patients who have the opportunity to work with Luke appreciate his attention to detail and they are thrilled with the beautiful, natural-looking results that he delivers.
