Patient Coordinator – Ardmore

Erin is our Patient Coordinator at the Ardmore office. Before joining Dr. Bucky’s team in early 2012, Erin came from a hospitality background, with years of experience working for The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia. This background fit perfectly with Dr. Bucky’s goals of providing his patients with the best possible surgical experience, from start to finish. Erin’s favorite aspect of her job is being able to connect with people.

As a mom to four young children, Erin can really relate to many of our patients’ concerns. She feels it is extremely rewarding to get to see peoples’ lives change and transform. She truly cares for our patients and strives to make our patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire surgical process.

Practice Coordinator, Lauren Jennings, has been part of Dr. Bucky’s team since 2014. She has 5 years of prior experience as a medical assistant, which has provided her with a background in patient care. Lauren has a very calm and caring personality which helps comfort all of our patients. She is always very eager to help our patients in any way that she can.

Alayna joins Bucky Plastic Surgery as the practice coordinator at the Rittenhouse Square location. Her warm and inviting disposition is a welcomed addition to the practice as she guides patients along their journey at Bucky Plastic Surgery. Her extensive experience in practice and treatment coordination allows her to easily make patients feel comfortable and take the appropriate steps in connecting with our experienced nurses and aestheticians. Alayna’s personal and professional interest in pursuing one’s best version of themself facilitates her commitment to the highest level of patient care and positive environment at the Rittenhouse Square office.

Nikki Zwiebel brings over 15 years of customer service experience to her role as Practice Coordinator at Bucky Plastic Surgery’s Ardmore location. She excels at managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing exceptional care to every patient she interacts with. Nikki is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to making each patient’s visit a seamless and pleasant experience.

As the first point of contact for patients, Nikki takes great pride in warmly welcoming everyone into the office, creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease. Her passion for patient care and efficiency ensures that every visitor receives the attention and personalized service they deserve.

Before joining Dr. Bucky’s team in 2014, Heather worked in the event planning industry for over 20 years. Heather’s diverse work experience includes a position in the travel industry, a role as a design coordinator for a large bridal company as well as a position with a prominent Philadelphia sports attorney. Prior to her role as Practice Support Manager at Dr. Bucky’s practice, Heather worked as an event coordinator for one of the most respected event companies on the East Coast. She feels her attention to detail along with superb organizational skills are well-matched with her current job responsibilities.

Executive Assistant

Sarah Field has been a part of Dr. Bucky’s practice since 2006 and has worked in several areas of the practice since that time. In her current role as Executive Assistant, Sarah coordinates all arrangements for Dr. Bucky’s local, regional and international scientific meetings and symposiums. In addition, Sarah manages the patient insurance and billing process for the entire practice.

Social Media Manager

Hannah Simonetti is the Social Media Manager at Bucky Plastic Surgery, where she plays a pivotal role in highlighting the expertise, innovation, and personalized care that define the practice. Since joining in October 2023, Hannah has expertly showcased the talents of Dr. Bucky, the skilled nurse injectors, skincare specialists, and the entire team through strategic, engaging content across multiple platforms.

With a marketing degree from West Chester University and a background in digital branding, Hannah is dedicated to building meaningful connections with the practice’s audience. Her approach combines educational posts, patient success stories, and promotions of the latest treatments to foster trust and inspire confidence in the transformative care provided by Bucky Plastic Surgery.

Beyond managing social media, Hannah is passionate about elevating the brand’s online presence and creating an authentic connection with the community. She finds great fulfillment in empowering patients to feel informed, confident, and excited about their aesthetic journey, knowing they are in expert hands.

Alan Hartman

Alan Hartman

Chief Operating Officer

Alan Hartman brings over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and financial management. Since 2017, he has overseen all financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, reporting, disbursements, payroll, and insurance administration, while driving cost reductions and improving operational efficiency. In addition to financial oversight, Alan manages the maintenance of practice facilities, supervises construction projects, and provides analysis for capital investments. He also handles staffing needs, from scheduling and time-off management to hiring recommendations, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Before joining the practice, Alan held various leadership roles at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. There, he developed extensive experience in vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and capital equipment acquisition, consistently achieving cost savings and operational improvements across surgical and acute care settings. Additionally, he lead a team of perioperative support staff toward improving operational efficiencies, collaboratively, across all OR departments. His broad expertise ensures the practice runs efficiently, with the focus of providing exceptional care to patients.
