Final Story: This 50-year-old patient felt her face looked tired and unhappy, even though she felt youthful, energetic, and vibrant. She wanted her appearance to reflect how she felt on the inside. She underwent an extended high SMAS facelift with fat grafting to the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines to restore balanced volume. Nano Smooth® (micronized fat) was also used to enhance the quality of the skin on her neck.
